Hanmade Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Hanmade (hereinafter referred to as "the Mall") and its users in relation to the e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by the online shopping mall operated by Hanmade.
Article 2 (Definitions)

"The Mall" refers to the virtual business space set up by Hanmade to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Products") to users through the use of computers and other information and communication facilities. It may also refer to the operator of such services.

"User" refers to any person who accesses the Mall and uses the Services provided by the Mall, including both members and non-members.

"Member" refers to a person who has registered with the Mall, allowing them to continuously use the Services provided by the Mall.

"Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms)

The Mall shall post these Terms and Conditions, along with details such as its business name, location, representative's name, business registration number, e-commerce registration number, and contact information (phone number and email address), on the main page of the Mall to ensure users can easily view them.

The Mall may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.

If the Mall amends the Terms and Conditions, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment, and notify users of the revised Terms and Conditions at least seven (7) days before the effective date by posting them on the Mall's main page.

If a user does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may discontinue the use of the Services and request membership cancellation.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Mall performs the following tasks:

Providing information about goods or services and facilitating purchase agreements.

Delivering goods or services under purchase agreements.

Other tasks defined by the Mall.

The Mall may modify the content of goods or services to be provided under future agreements in the event of product shortages or technical specification changes.

If the Mall modifies the content of goods or services due to shortages or changes in technical specifications, it shall notify users at their contact address immediately.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)

Users may apply for membership by filling out the registration form with their information and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

The Mall shall approve membership applications unless:

The applicant has previously lost membership under Article 6, Clause 2.

The application contains false, omitted, or erroneous information.

The Mall determines that registering the applicant may cause technical difficulties.

The membership agreement takes effect when the Mall's approval is communicated to the applicant.

Members must promptly update their information if any changes occur after registration.
Article 6 (Membership Termination and Disqualification)

Members may request membership cancellation at any time, and the Mall shall process such requests immediately.

The Mall may restrict or terminate membership in the following cases:

The member provided false information during registration.

The member fails to pay for purchased goods or services or otherwise defaults on obligations related to the use of the Mall.

The member interferes with other users' use of the Mall or disrupts e-commerce operations.

The member engages in activities prohibited by law or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Article 7 (Purchase Application)
Users apply for purchases on the Mall through the following steps:

Searching for and selecting goods or services.

Providing recipient details such as name, address, phone number, and email address.
-
Confirming the terms of service, restrictions on withdrawal of purchase, and any additional costs such as shipping fees.

Agreeing to the purchase application and confirming or consenting to the Mall's confirmation.

Selecting a payment method.
Article 8 (Payment Methods)
Payment for goods or services purchased from the Mall may be made through any of the following methods:

Bank transfer via phone, internet, or email banking.

Prepaid cards, debit cards, or credit cards.
-
Online deposit without a bankbook.
-
Electronic money.
-
Payment upon receipt.
-
Other electronic payment methods.
Article 9 (Delivery)

Unless otherwise agreed, the Mall shall deliver goods within seven (7) days of the purchase agreement. If full or partial payment has been made, delivery shall commence within two (2) business days of receipt of payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of goods, destination, or unforeseen circumstances. Users will be notified of any delays.
Article 10 (Cancellation of Purchase and Refund Policy)

Users may cancel their purchase within seven (7) days of receiving the goods unless:

The goods are damaged or altered due to the user's responsibility.

The value of the goods has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption.

The goods' value has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.

The packaging of reproducible goods has been damaged.

Users bear the cost of returning goods for purchase cancellation, except in cases where the goods are defective or the Mall is at fault.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned goods.
Article 11 (Privacy Protection)
The Mall shall establish and post a Privacy Policy on its website to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

The Mall shall establish a damage compensation mechanism to handle legitimate opinions or complaints from users and address any resulting damages.

Disputes between the Mall and users may be referred to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute resolution body designated by local governments.
